African American population in Rainier remained between 2017 and 2018, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey.

Since 2010 the population has decreased by 22 people.

The Oregon municipality that saw the largest population growth in the African American community between the same time period was Portland.

The American Community Survey (ACS) is an ongoing survey by the U.S. Census Bureau.
