Country music artist Kameron Marlowe will headline the Clatsop County Fair concert on July 24, according to a March 10 announcement from fair organizers. The event is scheduled for July 22–25 at the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center in Astoria.
The fair is bringing back its carnival for the first time since 2021, with Rainier Amusements providing rides and midway games throughout the four-day event. Organizers say this addition aims to attract families and enhance the overall fair experience alongside traditional activities such as agricultural exhibits, livestock shows, youth programs, and community competitions.
“We are really excited to bring the carnival back to the fair this year,” said Kyle Sharpsteen, Manager of the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Center. “The rides and games help bring families to the fairgrounds, where they can also experience the agricultural exhibits, livestock shows, youth programs, and community competitions that are at the heart of the fair.”
The Kruse Brothers will open for Marlowe during Friday’s concert. Presale tickets are available now at $30 for general admission and $45 for front-of-stage access; prices will increase during fair week. Ticketing fees are not included in these prices. VIP sponsorship packages offer additional benefits such as access to a special section and promotional recognition during the event.
Community partners supporting this year’s fair include WCT Marine and Construction, Inc., Columbia Steel and Welding Supply, Clatsop Community College, and Tillamook County Creamery Association as Grand Champion Sponsors. The Blue Ribbon Sponsors were also acknowledged by organizers.
In addition to concerts and carnival attractions, attendees can expect livestock shows, youth exhibits, agricultural displays, vendors, live entertainment across multiple stages, a poster contest running through March’s end, and opportunities for food or retail vendors interested in participating.
