George Fox Bruins fall 6-2 to Denison in Division III baseball matchup

On Wednesday, March 18, at 3 p.m., the George Fox Bruins, featuring former Knappa High School standout Andrew Miller, came up short 6-2 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Denison Big Red.

The contest was played at Curtis and Margaret Morse Athletic Fields and marked the Bruins’ first meeting with the Big Red this season.

Miller pitched one inning, allowing one earned run while striking out one and issuing one walk.

The Bruins are slated to take on the Whitworth Pirates next at home, with the game set for Saturday, March 21, at 12 p.m. at Curtis and Margaret Morse Athletic Fields.
