Of the 6,737 people living in Seaside in 2019, 50.5 percent (3,404) were women and 49.5 percent (3,333) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Coast Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 2,145-to-2,013. In the 65 and over age range, there were 832 females and 654 males.
