Sean Fitzpatrick filed an application as a Mayorial candidate for City of Astoria. Sufficient petition signatures have been collected and verified to place Mr. Fitzpatrick on the November ballot.
Candidates may file complete applications until August 30, 2022, for Council positions of Mayor, Ward 1 and Ward 3. Sufficient time should be allotted for verification of application and subsequent petition signature validation through Clatsop County. Potential applicants should allow at least a week for verification of each step in the candidate process. Election information and forms may be found on the City website at www.astoria.or.us.
