Notice of Ballot Title posted in The Astoria, on August 4, 2022 contained the incorrect petition filing deadline. The corrected notice should read as follows:
NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF BALLOT TITLE
Notice is hereby given that a ballot title for a measure referred by the City of Astoria has been filed with the City Elections Officer on August 1, 2022. The ballot title caption is Astoria Public Library Bonds to modernize, improve programming, technology, accessibility. A copy of the ballot title is available from the City’s Elections Officer. An elector may file a petition for review of this ballot title in the Clatsop County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 p.m. August 10, 2022 under ORS 250.
