Andrew Davis filed an application as a Ward 1 City Council candidate for the City of Astoria. Sufficient petition signatures have been collected and verified to place Mr. Davis on the November ballot.
Candidates may file complete applications until August 30, 2022, for Council positions of Mayor, Ward 1 and Ward 3. Sufficient time should be allotted for verification of application and subsequent petition signature validation through Clatsop County. Potential applicants should allow at least a week for verification of each step in the candidate process. Election information and forms may be found on the City website at www.astoria.or.us.
