Seaside Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the city of Seaside, Oregon. The city's Public Works director serves as the airport manager, and routine maintenance is handled by the city's street department.

The airport advisory committee, consisting of nine members of the community appointed by the city council, acts as an advisory body to the council, airport manager and city staff on issues regarding airport planning, safety, promotion and other topics. Committee members and local pilots also routinely help with maintenance and improvements at the airport on a volunteer basis.

Please consider joining us! As of May 2022, there is one open position on the committee. Applicants must be residents of Seaside and be available to attend the meetings. To apply, visit the city's Committees page and fill out the form.

The committee meets at 6:00 P.M. on the fourth Tuesday on odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November), at the Council chambers in Seaside City Hall OR at the airport, depending on the season. Meeting times and dates are subject to change; check this website or contact Seaside City Hall to verify meeting dates/times/locations.
