The Registry shows nine sex offenders living in Tillamook County in November

There was one more registered sex offender living in Tillamook County in November compared to the previous month, according to the Oregon Sex Offender Registry.

There were nine sex offenders registered in Tillamook County in November, compared to eight the month before.

The Registry shows 27-year-old David Robert Sinohuiz was the youngest sex offender living in Tillamook County in November.

Patrick James Eastburn was the oldest at 74-years-old.

Oregon has the highest population-adjusted rate of sex offenders – about 749 per 100,000 people.

In 2020, about 11,487 unique victims of child abuse were reported in Oregon, but studies of victims have shown less than 30% of sex crimes are reported to law enforcement.
