Congratulations Franklin Weeks for being awarded the Presidential Scholarship from Oregon State University today! Colleen Conniff, the Director of Scholarships at OSU traveled to Tillamook High School today to award this special scholarship to Franklin. Franklin will receive $10,000 a year to attend OSU.
